COMING SOON: DUELS AND PRACTICE PVP WITH TIER TESTING ON CLUBCRAFT

Competitive Minecraft PvP has always been about one thing: the duel. Two players, no distractions, no second chances. While our FFA and KitPvP arenas have given the community endless action, we have been working on something more focused. A dedicated space for 1v1s, ranked ladders, and the kind of structured practice that turns good players into great ones.

Today we are excited to share the first details about our upcoming Duels and Practice PvP gamemode, including built-in tier testing for the kits and styles that define modern Minecraft combat.

What Is Duels and Practice PvP?

Duels is a brand new gamemode coming to ClubCraft that gives you a clean, focused environment for one-on-one combat. No third parties, no scavenging for gear, no waiting around. You queue up, you get matched, and you fight.

Practice PvP sits alongside Duels as the place where you go to actually train. Whether you want to drill your combos, work on your potion timing, or warm up before a serious match, the practice arena is built around the loop of "fight, die, respawn, repeat" with as little friction as possible. It is the same philosophy that makes FFA such a great proving ground, refined into a more controlled environment.

Tier Testing, Built In

This is the part we are most excited about. Alongside the duels arena, ClubCraft will host official tier testing directly on the server.

For anyone new to the concept: tier testing is the community-driven system that ranks players by skill within a specific PvP gamemode. Tiers run from HT1 (the absolute best in the world) down through LT1, HT2, LT2, and so on. Earning a tier in Crystal, SMP, Sword, or any other category is one of the most recognized achievements in competitive Minecraft.

When Duels goes live, you will be able to:

• Request a test through an in-game queue, no Discord ticket required.
• Get tested by approved testers in a private, distraction-free arena.
• Receive your tier with a confirmed result that displays on your profile, leaderboard rank, and in chat.
• Defend or push your tier at any time without leaving the server.

We are partnering with experienced testers from the existing tier list communities to make sure results are legitimate and respected. If you have ever wanted to prove your skill but found the testing process scattered across Discord servers and waiting lists, this will make it dramatically more accessible.

Ranked Ladders and Seasons

Beyond tier testing, every kit will have its own ranked ladder. Win matches to climb. Lose matches and the ladder will pull you back down. We are designing the system around competitive seasons, with rewards at the end of each season for players who reach the top divisions.

Casual queues will also be available for anyone who wants to play without the pressure of a rating. You can switch between ranked and casual at any time, and your tier test results are independent of your ladder rank.

Built for Practice

The practice side of the gamemode is just as important as the duels side. We are including:

• A free-build arena with infinite blocks and instant resets, perfect for warming up movement and combos.
• Replay tools so you can review your matches and understand what went wrong.
• Custom queue settings for friends who want to set up specific match types without joining the main queues.

Whether you are getting ready for a tournament, a tier test, or just want to get your hands warm before jumping into FFA, the practice arena will be the spot.

When Is It Launching?

Duels and Practice PvP is in active development right now. We do not have an exact release date yet, but we are aiming to roll it out in the coming months alongside the rest of our 2026 plans. We will share more details, including beta testing opportunities, as we get closer.

In the meantime, keep sharpening your skills in our existing arenas. Everything you learn in FFA, KitPvP, and BoxPvP will translate directly when Duels goes live.
